Getting Started
Working with Hello Diabetes™ is EASY. We verify your insurance benefits, let you know what your plan covers, and book your first appointment usually within 24 hours of your request. From there, we create a support plan around you & your diabetes needs.

How It Works in 4 Simple Steps:

We want you to get great care with the coverage you already have – we’ll verify your insurance benefits within 1-3 business days and provide you with a detailed plan coverage summary.

Once we’ve verified your insurance benefits, we’ll communicate what your plan covers and book your first appointment. Our goal is to see you as quickly as possible and typically see new patients within 24 hours. We also offer night and weekend appointments.

Your initial consultation will go over a wide range of topics – lifestyle, medications, health history, and most importantly – setting personal and achievable goals. We work with you in a non-judgmental, come-as-you-are approach that sees you, for you.

We meet weekly or as needed with our clients to build a meaningful relationship. We help navigate everyday challenges, and genuinely listen to what’s going on. You are in control and we are here to position you for success.
